The ref bottled it

Chicken, you really need to pay attention..Tell me when John Terry received he's yellow card?
Maybe you need to check before you make yourself look silly.
He was booked for celebrating the 3rd goal.

Dtf, never watched the game, but did Terry celebrate when he scored his 1st goal? Or only when he scored his 2nd?

Looks like Aus have their eye's set on the no1 test ranking. They have now let Hazlewood rest for the remaining India series before tackling NZ in the test arena.... He will shine in the NZ conditions, and imo is the next best to Mcgrath in Aus....He has a bright and long future ahead of him.....

I dont know if you guys will agree with me but I detected a huge negativity in AB's approach to the game, his whole demeanor and body language to me was not acceptable. If he wants to stop playing, stop, but he seems to be affecting the players around him. Seems quite childish and unprofessional he is after all our captain and representing his country.

I think as is normal with South Africans, you always look for the scapegoat. How can you call your greatest player childish. He was rowing against tide.
You was beaten by a better team in all departments.

I wonder how many more times India is going to cost themselves by not having the DRS system in play... In the current ODI series (which they are down 3-0), they have had major decisions go against them that could have and probably would have changed the result in favour of them. The 1st game Bailey was out 1st ball. He was not given out and went on to score a ton. In the 3rd game Maxwell was out in the 40's. He was basically Aus last hope.. He edged it behind, once again given not out. He went on to win the game for Aus... Surely they will come to their senses and realise it is for the best to have DRS....

Indias argument is that there are too many variables and the do have a point. LBW rule. If the umpire says not out and the ball just touches the stumps on the review then it stays not out but on the otherhand if he gave it out and the batter reviews then it remains out. Whenever you play against the Aussies in Australia its best to have the system in place. I was at the ground in Hobart when the Aussies were chasing down against Pakistan. Langer edged the ball to the keeper. The nick was so loud that I even heard it and I was having a pee in the loo at the time. It was back in the 90s when home umpires still stood. It was a joke that he was not given out. Also the Adelaide test when Mark Waugh hit over his stumps against the Proteas and they gave it not out. The explanation was that the ball was dead when he did it. Well the ball had not even reached the fielder when it occurred. Plenty more examples when the Aussies have "gotten" away with it.

I agree that there are many variables, like you said the LBW rule. However, the DRS system was initialy introduced to eliminate the shocker of a decision. A touch and go LBW could go either way depending on the umpire thus is not a shocker. A batsman that gets given not out when the ball has come off the face of the bat and gets caught is a shocker... They just costing themselves imo... But then again, they probably also don't want it cause a good few LBW decisions in India would be reversed (against their spinners).

I see that they are looking into another 2 players re the bribing and corruption. They say that they are current Protea players but have not appeared in the ongoing series.

I don't understand why they even try... They must know they will get caught... Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but they will get caught....

I have my suspicions on one guy... Its really not a big list that it could be.. There is only a few former Protea test players that are still playing franchise cricket....
