At this moment in time if i have a bet with my bookmaker on UK racing. Does the bookmaker have to pay over a percentage of my tax ? If so, what happens if my bookmaker does not purchase a decoder and i have a winning bet on UK racing. Will he be obliged to hand over the same percentage.

Shooting themselves in the foot?
Lots of gc branches and agencies share a premises with bookies, how are they
going to prevent a bookies customer from looking at the tote tv lol, turnovers are going
to go downhill at those outlets

So at a outlet that shares a premises with a bookie that refuses to pay,gc will offer
tote customers the option to bet on overseas racing but will refuse them the picture,
Dnt see any happy R20 punters

LG, we paid £100 per shop a month for South African pictures when I worked in the betting shops to sis.
Considering there is 9000 UK betting shops I make that over £10m
Now I don't know what portion if that went to Sa but surely the UK pictures would be more expensive to buy the other way round?
So if anything this will effect the pot !!
