Are the NHA acting with integrity wrt Mayfair/MJ?

The regulator under its objectives lists the following:
2.
To govern the sport with integrity.
Under their Value systems they define integrity as the following:
Integrity – We do the right thing
I would dispassionately like to discuss the horsetrading that took place before the Met meeting that concerned Mayfair Speculators, and thus Markus Jooste horses.
The original Met programme reflected a large number of Mayfair horses carded ( either owned outright or in partnership ). A political storm was brewing between the unions ( Public Servants Association and COSATU ) and the NHA about Jooste and his horses participating in the Met race day. Agreement was reached between Barends and the unions that allowed participation from horses owned in partnerships on the day, and the NHA agreed to ensure that NO horses would run in Mayfair colours. The NHA also gave an undertaking to ensure that horses owned by Mayfair Speculators would be prevented from running going forward.
The Nha then advised that a large number of the horses owned outright by Mayfair Speculators in the run-up to the Met had been sold.
There is an official record of all changes of ownership processed by the NHA and this is published in their weekly changes and registrations report, which is released on a Friday.
I have done a reconciliation of the horses that were directly owned by Mayfair Speculators and changed into other ownership and while a few of them have been officially registered, a number have not. This begs the question, how did the horses run in other colours on Met day, and perhaps, more importantly, who benefitted?
The horses in question are as follows:
Race 3 - Agent of Fortune carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Bryn Ressell colours and wins the race. ### NO REGISTRATION CHANGE REFLECTED###
Race 5 - Rings and Things carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Bryn Resell colours and finishes 3rd. ### NO REGISTRATION CHANGE REFLECTED###
Race 6 - Always in Charge carded to run in Mayfair colours, gets scratched on morning of race
Tevez carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Bryn Resell colours and runs 8th. ### NO REGISTRATION CHANGE REFLECTED###
Brutal Force carded to race in Mayfair colours, races in van Huysteen colours and finishes unplaced. Change of ownership submitted and appears in 26/01/2018 report
Graduation Day carded to run in Mayfair colours, races in new partnership colours and finishes unplaced. Changes appear in 26/01/2018 report
Race 7 - Silver Coin carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Greenstreet Bloodstock colours and finishes last. ### NO REGISTRATION CHANGE REFLECTED###
Race 8 - Just Sensual carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Miss Grentell colours and finishes unplaced. Changes appear in 26/01/2018 report
Race 12 - Still I rise carded to run in Mayfair colours, runs in Kathy Finch colours and finishes last. ### NO REGISTRATION CHANGE REFLECTED###
So the question is why were some changes done correctly? Why were some not done at all, and how could the NHA allow this to happen?
The NHA is clearly compromised.

OTA you remind me of a Chihuahua, you carry on and on and on. Give it a rest and you will start enjoying your life instead of thinking up things that you have absolute no control over.

Chicken I must admit I prefer the sulking version. You however remind me of the National Party supporters in the apartheid era. Not many said anything even though things were clearly wrong in the country, and after the fall of apartheid, not many would ever admit to supporting those evil dutchmen.
The reason I carry on and on is because there is more than enough evidence that the industry is rotten. I will continue to do so whilst this continues.
Now be a good lad and go find some peri-peri sauce and go spatchcock yourself.

Chicken, highlighting these irregularities/non-compliance sheds light on them. Eventually time and justice will catch up with those involved.
Steinhoff: A few people came out and said they had their suspicions etc. But it took one person to dig deeper and uncover the hornets nest.
Keep exposing corruption I say.

Louis perhaps you could enlighten us on how flexible the NHA have been with you over the years in similar situations?
- how many horses were allowed to run when colour renewals were not in order, even if they were done an hour after deadline?

Leave it rather OTA - all that is needed is a Change of Ownership , this is signed by the current owners and the new owners with a part as to who's colours the horse is to run. If it is not completed in time for the race after nominations then the old colours stand. One form one fax thats all. - They were obviously lenient or rules were bent for the purposes of the day.
The question is a good one - how many owners get the same treatment. The wheel turns , when a man admits guilt - writes a letter to his staff and collegues stating he made a mistake and must be a man - then runs away leaving his wife to answer the door bell when the media knocks - all I can say is birds of a feather - Reef of Fortune and others ring a bell.
