The aim of the thread was to try and encourage members to post, but if we going to have a go at another person, then what's the point of them posting - the why should i bother attitude, when someone going to attack me?

Maybe the administrator should delete this thread, it's becoming personal and very ugly - just so unwarranted.

I don't even know who colors is nor do I care really. It's a forum and if a person wants to be a keyboard warrior by all means enjoy it.

A lot of people think I'm obnoxious and arrogant and frankly I probably am. Prob never going to change either.

Bottom line is my feelings is that you want a forum with quality over quantity. An example of this is Facebook. I was part of the first 1000 people on a football community group that has since grown to 260,000 I think was the last time I saw the numbers. A lot of the guys who drove the topics there broke away and started a more private group so that they could continue decent conversation and not have it lost in the drivel and unfounded statements that were happening. The amount of people as well who were on just to start controversy was also becoming unbearable.

It was our choice to leave and that is what we did. Think same applies here. If it starts getting to a point to where it is no longer enjoyable then it is up to the individual to make the choice.

Yup. All that happens is PM's get used between posters and the racing thread dries up.... forum is optional...free choice. As for Bob... he is a bit of a fanny

so long as it does not get personal or threatening (hope you reading this madji :lol: ) then I am happy with whatever people post. If we all knew each other off the forum then we would see the humour in our comments. I post things that I find funny and if I said it to people face to face we would pack up laughing. (I am sure that goes for most of us). I love to wind up Man United fans and when Englander came on board he took offence to it but we have come to 'know each other' and all is well (well I think so). At least there are no vile trolls on abc and I am sure if it ever comes to that then bob will ban them. Life is far too short to argue with somebody that you have never met and most probably will never ever meet (although there are plenty of guys here that I would love to meet and have a yarn and a laugh with)
