Morning all, let’s say it’s 22 of 35, at this stage does anyone care?

It’s getting long and with the President not budging on bottle stores, the days are going to get longer! However I discovered a taste for Jack Daniels

After updating the covid stats, looks like a couple of anomalies, however does not detract from the massive numbers and SA now starting to move.

We also have plenty activity within racing circles and whatever the outcome we have no choice but to try and support each other and try and save as many horses as possible.

Incidentally it’s FRIDAY, have a great weekend.......
Not easy getting our minds on music, have gone for a couple of really chilled, smooth songs

Enjoy

Think this is bad?
Wait for next year, when we discover the Mayan who wrote the world was ending in 2012 was ... dyslexic.

Today will be 5 weeks since our Friday lunch club met. With the current sad state of affairs in the world, I didnt realise the immense impact our arguments and suggestions and contribution to our economy ( alcohol imbibed, blush) made. After the lockdown our think tank will have to work overtime to help pull everything right.

Cheers.

One question I do have is, why on earth are we burning down and looting SCHOOLS?

I am sure the children’s future is already in jeopardy.
This is a horrifying act and I cannot comprehend the mentality behind it??
Is this happening anywhere else on the planet?

Our fridge door is on its last legs. The wife wants to chain it & keep the key.
My scale shows I have gained 7kg but I feel its closer to 50kg.
Why is it easier for women to be more disciplined than men. ???
This is my song for the day. :( :(

I was doing a blog on Steemit, obviously around music and photography ... and while browsing my blog I came across these posts I did a couple of years ago ... I am sure many Clanners will enjoy it. I am just sad I never included how much Turffontein racecourse meant to me in those days ...

steempeak.com/life/@themagus/a-less-priv...70-s-an-introduction

steempeak.com/life/@themagus/growing-up-in-the-70-s

steempeak.com/steemitzombies/@themagus/r...-the-dead-post-three

Not spamming, but I am sure there are quite a few of you my age and who know Johannesburg in those days... Hillbrow, Fontana , Joubert Park etc.
