this is a rubbish comment..jockeys are getting fined and suspended on a regular basis for infringements..not accidents like what happened to LG..take it as that and move on,everybody else has..cant believe this thread is still going

well i do believe we as the public deserve a refund if there is no malfunction on the equipment as noted by the stipes - let me leave it at that- the stipes need to do their job as i dont believe it is adequate in this case - so do you think it is coincidence? if you believe that im sorry then i dont know what to say. Well it may have been a stall handler - maybe the stipes should review who touched the tac before the race? all im saying is all was fine with all runners before and it is so so suspect that this is the only runner to have a problem on the way back ? does this not raise questions to an experienced racing person like you? im amazed how you are so quick to back up the jocks when a few of them are hardly model citizens.This is a loophole open that needs to be closed by the stipes and i stand by the fact that if no malfulction as a result of a breakage etc is found on the equipment then the public should get a refund. Otherwise it is open to corruption.

It is not a rubbish comment it is the truth- sorry to say you believe what you want to believe but you are unfortunately in a dreamworld. We deserve fairness and the horse should have been declared a scratching because there was nothing wrong with the equipment.

so u pick out one incident that suits ur defence? what about all the other jockey suspensions this year?? u forget about all those to sustain ur argument..from everything i have read from posters here to journalists and views of other racing members...id say 95% of people have dismissed it as an unfortunate racing incident(just like forbes falling off bambina stripes,do you think he jumped off?? oh no you didnt have a bet on that)and 5% as crookery..and i am in the dreamworld????

That was pilot error and he has paid the price for it in case you havnt read a racecard lately

i actually covered with the winner so im not talking from my pocket -im talking about what is just and fair and integrity of racing. Do you think its fair when the stipes look at the tac and find nothing wrong ? what is your answer to this?
